Q: Does the service include actual booking?
A: Not really, our service is focused on providing itinerary suggestions and customization. While we offer recommendations for attractions, restaurants, and accommodations, you will need to make the bookings yourself. We can help you to book if needed but you will bear the actual fee yourself.

Q: What is the mode of communication for the service?
A: We communicate via instant messaging such as whatsapp or email to ensure timely and accurate information exchange.

Q: What if I’m not satisfied?
A: Your satisfaction is our highest priority. You can provide feedback at any time during the process, and we commit to adjusting the plan until it meets your expectations.

Q: Can I refund if I haven’t use the service?
A: Yes, but once we start making the plan no refund is available please be noted.

Q: How long is it valid? 
A: It‘s divided into 2 parts. For the journey customization it’s only valid for 3 days from the date we customizeand. This is to avoid some customers change too many times.  For the journey consultation it‘s valid from the day you leave your country to the day you leave Chengdu which can’t exceed 7 days. But if you like our service and still need to use it more days, you may need to pay extra fee which is 2 USD a day.
