Price Explanation

• The tour guide works for 8 hours per day, usually from 10am to 6pm, this working time can be adjusted according to the visitor. The extra time will be $20 per hour, after 24:00 will be discussed separately.
• Tourists need to pay the transportation expenses, meals, entrance fees and so on generated by the tour guide during the accompanying period.
• The fee will change if visitors over 3 people.
• Special pricing available for larger groups. Please contact us for detailed quotes and customized plans.
• After starting to communicate with the customer service to customize the itinerary, the refund is 90%, once the specific itinerary is confirmed, it is non-refundable.

Q: What languages are supported?
A: This link it’s for English. But our guides are fluent in English, French, Japanese, Korean, and other languages. Different language has different price. Please specify your language preference when making your reservation.

Q: Can the itinerary be customized?
A: Absolutely! We tailor the itinerary to your interests and requirements. Feel free to request adjustments during the consultation process.

Q: Can I refund if regret?
A: After starting to communicate with the customer service to customize the itinerary, the refund is 90%, once the specific itinerary is confirmed, it is non-refundable because the guide has already arranged their time for you.

Q: Should I pay the transportation and meals fee of the guide?
A: The price doesn’t include the cost of public transportation and meal fee by tour guide. But it’s not high, for the transportation fee it’s about 4 USD per day based on the reality. As for the meal it depends on you. If you want invite the guide eat meal with you then you don’t have to pay. If you want them to eat by themselves then it’s about 4 USD per meal. But we suggest that you take the guide with you all the time.

Q: Should I pay the entrance fee of the guide?
A: The price doesn’t include the entrance fee by tour guide. Usually most of the sites are free, but for those ticketed attraction the entrance fee is not high and usually won’t exceed 14 USD. You can choose not take the guide with you and ask him or her wait till you exit. But we suggest better take them together.
